Boost Your Harvest: 'Developed Agriculture Resolution Campaign' Launched Nationwide

The ‘Developed Agriculture Resolution Campaign’ is rolling out across India from May 29th to June 12th, spearheaded by Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. State Agriculture, Animal Husbandry & Cooperation Minister ShailpiNeha Tiri was also present via video conference to support the nationwide initiative. The campaign aims to raise awareness among farmers about Kharif (summer) crop cultivation in approximately 700 districts across the country.

Key Goals of the Campaign

The core focus of the campaign is to educate farmers about the best practices for Kharif crops and related livestock activities. It also intends to inform them about various government schemes and policies designed to support agriculture. Specifically, farmers will be educated on the benefits of ‘Soil Health Cards’ and how to choose crops and use fertilizers effectively. Crucially, the campaign seeks feedback from farmers to guide agricultural research and innovation.
