Review Meeting for JSLPS Initiatives

On Tuesday, a review meeting was held at the office of Deputy Commissioner Faiz Akhtare Alam Mumtaz in Ramgarh, focusing on the activities undertaken by JSLPS (Jal Shakti Lepcha Samiti Parishad). The meeting was chaired by the Deputy Commissioner. District Program Manager Rita Singh presented a progress report on JSLPS’s operations, detailing work across key areas including livelihood support, social development, financial inclusion, and institutional building. Specifically, the discussion covered 7962 self-help groups, 418 village organizations, and 21 cluster organizations. Deputy Commissioner Faiz Akhtare Alam Mumtaz engaged in a detailed discussion and offered guidance for improved implementation, motivating the team to excel.
