The Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) has clarified that no parking charges are currently applicable within the hospital premises. The institute stated that parking is entirely free, and any individual demanding a parking fee in the name of RIMS is acting illegally.

In a public advisory shared on social media platform X (@rims_ranchi), RIMS emphasised that the tender process for managing parking operations is still underway, and no entity has been authorised to collect fees at this time.

The management has urged the public to report any such incidents to the nearest security guard or RIMS administration.
