Daltonganj, June 20 – Palamu district has a new Deputy Development Commissioner (DDC): Jawed Hussain. He officially took over from Md Shabbir Ahmad, who was recently transferred by the state government. Prior to this, Hussain served as the City Commissioner of the Medininagar Municipal Corporation. This marks a first for Palamu administration – a former City Commissioner is now leading the district.
