Local Young Man Achieves DSP Rank – Celebration in Sayal

In a heartwarming ceremony held at Ambedkar Middle School in Sayal, the Ravidas Organization Unity Association Sayal, led by the esteemed Bada Bagan resident, Mr. Manish Kumar, celebrated his remarkable achievement – securing the 213th rank in the Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) exam and being appointed as a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP).

Key figures including Sayal Panchayat Head Reeta Kumari and local dignitaries were present, praising Mr. Kumar’s dedication and offering inspiration to other young people in the community.Manish Kumar, reflecting on his journey, emphasized the role of his mother’s sacrifice and the support of the community, alongside relentless hard work and preparation overcoming initial setbacks in science-based exams. He highlighted the importance of productive time management, especially in the age of social media.

The event concluded with Mr. Kumar being honored with a garland and shawl, alongside a symbolic token of appreciation from the Ravidas Organization Unity Association.
