Bavuma, despite hamstring issues, played a brilliant innings of 66 runs (134 balls, 5 fours). He was eventually dismissed by Pat Cummins.

Markram’s Heroic Effort: Aiden Markram scored 136 runs (207 balls, 14 fours) before being caught by Josh Hazelwood when South Africa needed just 6 runs to win. Markram and David Bedingham then added 35 runs for the fifth wicket, sealing the victory for South Africa.
